Under the leadership of an executive director, the CHA HPP program is staffed by five hospital preparedness coordinators, one education coordinator, and one administrative/website coordinator. Please refer to the attached map to identify your hospital preparedness coordinator and program contact(s).
Through this regionally structured program, the CHA HPP can maximize resources and ensure coverage to all counties by providing subject matter expertise and technical assistance to hospitals throughout the state, as requested.
