Public Health Emergency Medical Countermeasures Enterprise (PHEMCE)
The 2012 Public Health Emergency Medical Countermeasures
Enterprise (PHEMCE) Strategy has been released. This
document details the strategic direction for federal efforts to
protect our population from national health security threats
through the use of medical countermeasures. It is in
alignment with the Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS)
Strategic Plan, the HHS Secretary’s Strategic Initiatives and the
National Health Security Strategy and it supports our nation in
achieving health security.
