Strengthening the Climate Resilience of the Health Care Sector
White House Press Release December 15, 2014

Climate changes can have a negative impact on human health and wellness which, in turn, strains health care systems. One fifth of the U.S. economy comes from the health care arena, impacting not just our physical health but our financial well-being too.

To assist with preparing health care professionals and facilities in climate resilience, the Best Practices Report has been released by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
